Our 100% Australian Made Half Rack is the first Australian Made Half Rack with West-Side Hole Spacing. This means that the holes in the lower half of the rack are closer together, to allow for small incremental adjustments. The result of this, is that your J Hooks and Spotter Arms will be exactly at the correct height you need them to be when catching your Squats, Bench Presses, Deadlifts, Bent over Rows etc.
