Delete your XL Fitness app account

The XL Fitness app is a viewer for your gym membership data. Your workout history, bookings, and member profile are stored in our gym management system, not in the app itself.

To stop using the app only (keep your gym membership active): Email reception@xlfitness.com.au and request that your app access be revoked. We'll disable your login within 30 days. Your gym membership and services continue as normal.

To delete your gym membership and all associated data: This is a separate process handled by our gym. Please speak with our staff in person or call 1300 954 967 to cancel your membership. Data deletion from our gym management system is subject to our member agreement and legal record-keeping obligations.

What gets deleted from the app: Your login credentials and app preferences.

What is retained: Gym membership records, workout history, payment history, and contract data required for legal, tax, and accounting purposes (typically 7 years per Australian law). These remain in our gym management system regardless of app access.
